Payment and Trading condition.
1. Auction Bedding's Please confirm your bidding price again before sending, Because we cannot check your amended price just before auction. So please put the bidding price by your responsibility . Please check the auction sheet in detail. we cannot accept complaint about condition of the cars. (if you hope, we will send English translation of details.)
2. Cancellation Basically, we cannot accept your cancellation of bought
cars. But if you hope cancellation of purchased units, we will accept at
55,000yen as cancellation fee per unit.
3. Payment Payment in JPY. Remittance must be T/T. (Exceptionally, we
will accept in US$. However, Our original exchange rate is applied.) Please
send deposit within 7days. Deposit is 50% of the invoice price at least.
4. Shipment. we will arrange quick and secure shipment as soon as possible.
But, if the bookings are difficulty within one month, we will inform you.
That is, Shipping contract may be cancelled. in this case, we will return
your deposit, or You can use for the next bidding.
5. Documents we will send shipping documents by Air mail(EMS or DHL). But
if you do not complete payment , we cannot send these documents.
