A,Please make a register from registration page. And them, please download "Payment and Trading condition" and send us with your signature by FAX. If you would like to purchase a vehicle from auto auctions, please remit a deposit before bidding. We recommend PayPal to remit a deposit. PayPal is more cheaper and quicker than Telegraphic Transfer . It is easy to make a account.

Q,How can I order a vehicle?
A,Please tell us the vehicle's name, year of make, color, etc... which you would like to buy. We search from our stock and auction, and them let you know. Or you may find a vehicle from USS Auctions.* use the ID "M93715" to log in* After complete the registration and sending deposit, we'll also tell you the ID and Password of IAUC.

Q,How can I know the condition of the vehicle in auctions?
A,Please let us know the auction house and lot No, we reply you with the pictures, spec and details in English. (Auction sheet is written in Japanese, we translate it and send EMAIL to you.)

Q,What should I do before bidding?
A,Please remit a deposit first, after received the deposit we confirm the auction house, lot No, and the bidding price. (Please send the copy of TT by email or fax.)

Q,How's about after successful bidding?
A,We send you the invoice, move the vehicle to shipping yard, book a shipping, make a document to
export, and customs clearance. When the shipment is by Container, we will do vanning.
Note: Please make a payment by TT (Teleglaphic Transfer). Depending on the distination, we can accept a payment by LC (Letter of Credit). We can not receive a payment by Check.

Q,What is including in FOB(Free on Board)?
A,The amount price of the vehicle, auction fee, inland transport fee, customs clearance fee, loading fee, and our commission. If it needed to undergo export inspection to import your country, please inform us.

Q,What is the difference between FOB, C&F and CIF?
A,C&F(Cost & Freight) is added freight to FOB. CIF(Cost, Freight and Insurance ) is added insurance to C&F.

Q,How can I remit the money?
A,Please make a payment by TT(Telegraphic Transfer). Please do not forget to pay bank charge or lifting charge in your side.

Q,Can I remit the money in USD or EURO?
A,Yes, it is available to remit in USD and EURO. Please contact us.

Q,How can I import a vehicle to my country.
A,Firstly, we must know the importing regulation and rules of your company. You may import the vehicle by Container or Ro/Ro shipment. If it needed to undergo export inspection, please inform us.

Q,How long is it take until I get the car?
A,After successful bidding, we let you know the shipping schedule and shipping freight. Usually you will get the car in about 1 to 2 months from successful bidding day. We will send you the B/L(Bill of Lading), Export certificate(Original and Translated to English) and Commercial invoice by Airmail after confirm payment.

Q,How is the payment condition?

A,Before bidding a car from auction, please remit a deposit (Minimum JPY 100,000). After successful bidding, we will calculate costs, and will send you invoice. Your remittance of the balance has confirmed, we will send you the documents. (B/L, Export certificate, invoices, Inspection certificate etc...)
